Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The Score Guarantee applies to the +200 Point and 1500+ packages.

The promise

Complete your sessions and assigned work, and if you don't hit your target score, I keep coaching you at no additional charge until you do, one 1-hour session per week. Section 5 continues to apply throughout.

Your baseline

Your baseline is the higher of: your most recent official SAT taken within 12 months of your start date, or a full-length official practice test.

If you haven't taken either, one must be completed before your second session, or the guarantee is void.

Eligibility and your target

+200 Point Package. No qualifying baseline required. Your target is +200 points above your baseline, or 1500—whichever is lower.

1500+ Package. Requires a qualifying baseline of 1200 or above. Your target is 1500.

If your baseline already meets or exceeds the score your package guarantees, the guarantee doesn't apply. We set your target together, in writing, before your first session.

Which score counts

Your target must be met on an official College Board SAT, superscored. Practice tests don't count.

One off day isn't a failed program. The guarantee is assessed after two official sittings: take your first SAT on the agreed date, then a second within 60 days of it (or on the next available date, if there isn't one in that window). Your superscore across those two sittings is the score we measure.

What you need to do

  1. Attend all sessions in your package. Rescheduled sessions count; no-shows don't.
  2. Complete at least 90% of assigned homework, submitted by the agreed date.
  3. Complete every assigned full-length practice test—timed, in one sitting.
  4. Take your official SAT on or before the test date we agree on at kickoff, then a second sitting per Section 4.
  5. Start your package before your agreed test date, with all sessions completed at least 7 days prior.
  6. Complete payment for your package. Packages are paid in full before the first session; installment options are available on request and must be fully paid before the guarantee applies.

On good-faith completion: homework turned in but visibly not attempted—blank work, guessed answers, patterns showing the work was submitted for credit rather than done—doesn't count toward the 90%.

How to claim

Email your official score report to [email protected] within 30 days of its release. Claims after 30 days aren't eligible. One guarantee per student, per package.

Good faith

If assigned work goes materially incomplete, I'll tell you in writing at the time. Continued non-completion after that notice voids the guarantee.

What this isn't

This guarantee is additional coaching, not a refund. No cash refunds, partial refunds, or transfers are offered under it. It doesn't apply to the Focused Hour.
